We were so excited when my mom called and said that they were going to be bringing my grandparents with them when they came to visit us.
Joe and I slept on an air mattress in the living room so that my grandparents could have our room and the air mattress started to deflate around 2:45 in the morning. Hannah was excited about it when she woke up though. She laid on the bed and took a little nap, excited that it was so "fluffy and cuddly". I think that it was trying to suck her into itself and she just was comfy because it was like laying in a cocoon.
Jake, sporting some gifts from the Olson family. The vest, hat and flute were a huge hit! The girls still haven't taken off their bangles.
We headed over to the Frantsen home for dinner and so that my grandparents could see the home that they are building. We had a little mini birthday party for Mama. We also got a chance to hear some fun stories about her from when she was a kid. Auntie Julie and Auntie Kathie were more than happy to share some memories of their big sister. :)
Matthew was killing us all with his newest trick. Do you see the tongue? Apparently when you are feeding your daddy you have to stick out your tongue all the way so that he will open his mouth. :)
