This week Jake and Lily had a well-child check up and got some updates on immunizations. So, Jake spent some time after the shots with a Star Wars puzzle. Lily's choice of comfort was a chocolate milkshake from McDonalds.
I love that Lily wears uniforms for this reason. She looks so put together when she goes to school!
We had some rain and as soon as the kids saw it they immediately ran out with their umbrellas and slickers to play.
Happy birthday to me! This sunset was gorgeous! We went to IHOP for a combined birthday dinner and this is the sight that met us when we walked out.
Happy birthday to Lily! We had Norwegian pancakes (her choice) ready for her when she woke up. She got to talk to Gramma Laurie during breakfast.
We went to a wedding on Saturday that Joe did at the church. During the reception while we were waiting for the bride and groom to arrive Hannah decided to take a little nap. There were LOTS of people that whipped out their cell phones to take a picture of her.
Jake bought this balloon for Lily and painstakingly picked out 12 roses individually for me. So sweet!
The kids were playing outside in bathing suits on Saturday. It was 61 degrees outside. Yes, they are crazy!
Weeks 5 and 6.
Week 5 is pretty average. Nothing extra.
Week 6. There were a lot of extras this week since I did A Day in the Life.
